The job
Kurt sells and installs shutters himself. No showroom, no commissioned reps. The site had to do the selling a showroom would do, and it had to work for the people clicking his Google Ads.
How it is going. From his own CRM, shared with his permission: between May 22 and October 30, 2026, 28 leads that came in through his website forms became $127,316 in jobs marked Ordered or Installed. He also runs Google Ads to the site, so the site is not the only thing doing the work. Your results depend on your business.
What I built
Same approach I use for every client: a page for each service and town, set up for Google, kept up every month.
- A city page for each place he works: Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert, each written for that city.
- Four buyer guides that answer what people ask before they call: cost, Arizona heat, buying direct and resale value. No made-up prices anywhere.
- Three landing pages built for his Google Ads, each wired into his CRM so every form lands as a lead with its source.
- A photo check across 229 image files so only his real installs show as his work.
- A videos page with his own install footage, and a review request he sends from his admin after an install.
